These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to the use of the website operated by Kelvins SRL (registered office: Ciba 138, Miercurea Ciuc, Harghita County, Romania, CIF: 49752898), hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and its related services.
1. General Provisions
By using the website (invita.ro / lilnor.com), registering an account, and placing orders, the User fully and explicitly accepts the provisions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
The Provider offers users a wedding planning software (SaaS), smart invitations, and physical wedding accessories (e.g., table decorations, money boxes). Through the system, the User can register, manage their guest list, budget, and place orders for physical products.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices displayed on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made by credit/debit card via the secure Stripe system or cash on delivery (if available for the selected product).
4. Delivery and Fulfillment
Physical products are delivered via courier service. Digital services (smart invitations, planning dashboard) are activated immediately in the user account following a successful payment.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Warranty
Under EU directives on distance contracts, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, starting from the day they acquire physical possession of the goods (EXCEPTION: for customized products personalized with a name/date, e.g., engraved money boxes or printed invitations, the right of withdrawal is excluded by law).
6. User Obligations
The User must provide genuine information during registration. The User is solely responsible for the security of their account and the legality of the guest data they input into the system.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for continuous, error-free operation of the website, nor for errors made by the User during data entry. The Provider reserves the right to suspend services for maintenance.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and the legal relationship between the Parties are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the Provider's registered office.
