2. What data do we process and why?

2.1. User Account Data

When you register on the site, we process the following data:

  • Data processed: Name, Email address, Encrypted Password.
  • Purpose: Account creation, providing core services, communication.
  • Legal basis: Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

2.2. Order and Billing Data

When purchasing products:

  • Data processed: Billing name, address, phone, VAT ID (if any), payment card details (handled securely via Stripe, not stored by us).
  • Purpose: Order processing, delivery, issuing invoices.
  • Legal basis: Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) and performance of a contract.

2.3. Guest and Third Party Data (Wedding Planner SaaS)

Couples (Users) often upload their guests' personal data (name, email, diet, etc.). In these cases, the User acts as the Data Controller, and we act as the Data Processor.

  • We store this data strictly upon the User's instruction and never use it for our own purposes (e.g., marketing).
  • It is the User's responsibility to have a valid legal basis to enter their guests' data into the platform.

2.4. Photographs and Videos (Memories / Gallery)

For photographs and videos uploaded by wedding guests, the consent of the image author and the people pictured in them is required. We process these materials strictly to display them to the couple and to show them in the event gallery.

3. Who do we share data with? (Data Processors)

To ensure a secure IT infrastructure, we use carefully selected third-party processors:

  • Hosting Provider: ROMARG SRL (CUI: RO6529540) - Server hosting.
  • Payment Processor: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. - Secure online payments.
  • Email Provider: SMTP Provider - Sending system emails.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. How long do we keep the data?

  • Account & Guest Data: For the duration of the account. If the account is deleted, all associated data is permanently erased.
  • Billing Data: Invoices and billing details are securely archived for 10 years in compliance with local accounting laws.
